Modded Skyrim Extreme FPS Drop to 5 fps

Hello folks,

 

im new to modding. I read some guides and watched some videos. Im using Mod Organizer 2 and Loot for sorting Plugins load order. Evrything in the game works fine i installed a ENB to and a ENB Preset and my fps is stable at like 55-to 59 fps. But for some reason after a few minutes playing sometimes 10 minutes sometimes 30 minutes the game starts extreme lagg and with extreme i mean the Picture almost does not move anymore.

 

I got a i7 4790k and a nvidia 1080 gtx in my rig

If i check on OpenHardwareMonitor when the game starts this extreme lagg all cpu cores go to 100% load and gpu core and frame buffer also go to 100% what is really weired since when the game runs normal im not even close to 100%.

 

I dont really know what could cause this. Is it maybe ENB or some Mod? How should i start troubleshooting.
