Killing poor guys with only one punch

So, I've downloaded a few mods that may or may not increase my characters melee but I have no idea if they make it so I can kill a guy with one punch and even kill a dragon with just a few
could it be a mod I'm using or a bug from one of the mods, I've unmarked some and tried the game without the ones I think are causing the issue but no luck, could someone help me

Pumping Iron seems to be the most likely to do that since it uses scripts involving the strength of your character.

I use pumping iron it doesn't do that
