Need to check data files every time?

Wish I could help, but I'm not sure what you mean. Just make sure your data files are all loaded, the ones you want anyway, and you can go ahead and play. I don't think you need to worry about your saved game unless the mod says so.

But for FOOK, I believe you have to wait for 4 ingame days for everything to fully take effect.

I really can't nail what your asking. I'm just weird so here is a multi-answer:

You want to check everytime to make sure your mods are checked so they will run when you start up.

If you just added mods and are loading a clean save game it should be safe, wait about 5 game days and some of your mods will refresh inventory lists and the like, while some will be instantaneous.

If you don't have FOMM, get it and follow load order.

Do I need to check the different modules in the Data Files each and every time I load Fallout 3? Or can I just continue my last saved game? (I'm using FOOK and the slow degradation module). Thanks ahead of time.
