elexii Mod request, increased elex ability resource for Alb faction

Anyone able to make what I'm assuming is a simple mod to make, to increase the amount of elex that the Alb skill harvests from dead enemies? Currently it seems it's about 5% or so from each corpse. I think 10% would be better. Or 12. Or 15. Nothing too crazy.
