Mod Suggestion / Bug Fix: Make Legendary Quickhack Passive Effects passive until Combat starts.

The title pretty much says it all...

 

For the most part, all of the daemons that have a passive effect to enemy actors when under the affect of a quickhack (which apparently includes Breach Protocol) or when uploaded as a Daemon via Breach Protocol cause them to aggro... Something tells me that this isn't supposed to be the case.

 

Is there a fix for this already?
