Franpa
As far as I can tell the game uses general phrases for what a skill/talent/item does without going in to any detail. For instance a skill tooltip might say the skill knocks enemies down (No mention of knockdown duration) and will deal physical damage (No mention of the amount of damage). Another example would be Health Poultices, the game doesn't tell you how much each tier of Health Poultice will actually heal you for. It's just annoying. I'm also unsure if it is possible to have tooltips display values that are dynamic/reflective of changes caused by a mod, either, which could explain why Bioware don't tend to specify values in the tooltips. Detailed Tooltips expands the information for vanilla consumables and abilities.
Franpa
I was, funnily enough, just looking at that mod when I was looking to see if another, different mod had been made yet. Thanks for the link! Edit: Would this be compatible with the Rules Fix Pack? Or would the values shown not match the changes that that mod implements? Is it compatible with v1.03 and above?
