Crashing in Certian Areas [HELP ASAP PLEASE]

Don't suggest to me any of these fixes, I've done them all:

 

Anything involving modifying the .ini files. I've modifed all 3.

It's running in windowsXP service pack with administrator.

 

 

The problem is... I get crashes in certain areas.

 

Yes, I have the compatibility .esp, also it crashes when I try to go into grayditch.

 

I have NMM texture pack but I just installed it directly to Data, FOMM took too long.

 

I started getting the crashes after I installed MMM after installing iron sights.
