Send me a message if you're interested. 1. Cole: Leader of a small settlement, Male, Hispanic, 40s. 2. Colonel Miles: NCR Colonel living at a base, Male, African American, 60s. 3. Gary: Old man sitting on his property, Male, African American, 60s. 4. Charles: NCR Lieutenant protecting Colonel Miles. Male, Caucasian, 30s. 5. Mark: Vendor needing a delivery. Male, Caucasian, 50s. 6. Overseer Patterson: Overseer of Vault 79. Male, Caucasian, 50s. 7. Rick: Shady ghoul businessman. Male, Ghoul. 8. Talc: Angry raider leader. Male, Caucasian, 20s.
