steelfeathers
Okay, so with the newest version of skyrim and Dawnguard installed, my chick aquired a really dark tan upon turning into a vampire. But whenver I try to fix it with showracemenu, only the body changes-- the head stays the same. And when I turn into the vampire lord and back, the body tone resets itself to the same dark tan. It's not the gray face bug, because the head and body match just fine-- its just that my character looks like she's been in Aruba for a month. And like I said, when I try to fix it, the head doesn't change with the body. Anyone know how to resolve this? I'm driving myself up a wall here testing different mods. I've tried "No dirt tintmasks", "Vampire face fix", and everything in between. The works. None of them make a bit of difference. The only vampire mods I use are better vampires and normal dawnguard vampire faces-- but better vampires doesn't touch the textures, and the problem still happens even with normal dawnguard vampire faces uninstalled. Someone please help! I'm pulling my hair out here.
steelfeathers
Anyone? Anyone? Come on, I know someone's figured it out. I've seen tons of beautiful pale-skinned vampires on the nexus. Ergo, there IS a fix for this problem.
vlaka
depends what body and face mods you've used.I have no problem when I follow this: http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Neovalen/Skyrim_Revisited (has decent body and face match up)
dridder
Steelfeathers I'm running into the same problem did you ever figure out how to fix this issue?
Fyr3fly
So, if anyone's still curious, the fix to this is to install a mod. Porcelain Skin mod worked for me on Skyrim: Special Edition. It doesn't have a SE port, but it still worked with manual download and the like. So if you're still running into this problem and care that your Imperial vampire has a tan, that's the mod you want.
