lunarisnebula
playing along with 2 players would be nice may be over a peer to peer conection or stuff musltiplayer like it is in diablo 2 would also be good i think cos you can decide who can join your game a mmo tes game would be interesting but like in any other mmo the roleplay feeling will be broken cos the developers only care for money and it do not interesst the if they are idiots even one role play only servers who jump around and breaking the atmosphere cos they paid theyr dept as well <.< i conw this from other mmo games its just to badit would be paradise to have a mmo tes where the gms are really permited to make the player obey the roleplay rules but even if bentehsa do great rpg i think they are not less greedy as blizzard or nc soft but if someone wanna play a real rp mmo he is forced to play on private server cos they dont care for money cos they get none XD just a pitty that games on private servers are too buggy to play <.<
DrPhil
Has anyone here tried PlaneShift? It is an MMORPG where you has to be RPG, else you'll be kicked. When you are speaking with NPC's you are writing to them, not clicking in some crappy menu.It really is RPG.Too bad, RuneScape can almost compete with its graphics so far.But hey, it is OpenSource so it is still in development. =) Crossbreeding Oblivion and PlansShift would be great. ;)
lunarisnebula
i know that there are rp forced mmos but as you said they are very old and got really bad graphics i dunno how it is like in other countries but there are many german ultima online rp shards where you have also to speak to a npc when you for example wanna trade with them, you can get this feature in each game only add a script that shows reaction to some key words your sentence must have but ultima online cant compare with anything in fact its even not really 3d XD(sry for oot)

linkrulesx10
I would love a two player co operative, me and my girlfriend could play together which would be quite fun I reckon. However they would need to make sure u can play on 2 computers and have mods. Maybe a code to make sure you are both running the same mods before you start. phforNZ
There was at some point in the past, where a rather ambitious ( TOO ambitious, actually) group decided to start making a mod to allow co-op in Oblivion. Last I saw of it, they had it to a "kind of" running stage - you could get into the game with each other, but was about as stable as a lion on P in a petting zoo (crashed every few minutes). They'd kinda jury-rigged the co-op, each player being represent in the others by an NPC - so it wasn't true co-op. edit: @MasterChief0: that pic is from someone who was wondering "If Morrowind was an MMO, what would it look like?", using World of Warcraft as inspirational material :P
Unavi
Maybe a code to make sure you are both running the same mods before you start.that woulnd't be practical. Imagine if someone had 100 mods and want to play with a Vanilla player?I know this is just an idea...but who knows. maybe someone will get the inspiration to create a 2 co-op mod and get the idea right it topics like these :)
nmilek
I play Elder Scrolls to get away from assholes online generaly, giving the games a lan option or something like hamachi maybe but other than that dont like the sound of it, means bethesda would waste time/money/resources on servers/development for multiplayer content and it would most likley hurt the modding community aswell. JahRasta
@ MasterChief0 - You are looking at a horribly wrong, terrifying picture. Delete it, get it off of here, and never look at it or think about it again. I think oblivion could be fun as a multi-player, but certainly not an MMO. Maybe you could use the mods...but do something like counter-strike does where it checks your maps and files (mods) and downloads any necessary ones...however their could be conflict problems...who knows? Halororor
@Masterchief - That picture is exactly why I'm glad TES 5 won't be an MMO.
