Hey,
I wanted after years of waiting finally times Skyrim SE really completely catch up and the whole modden has also worked great, and started the game and except for a few English terms which were but bearable it ran quite well and there also okay from. But then I had such a blurry picture and thought okay is there a setting maybe wrong or do I have to install a mod and after some time back and forth I got it a little better, but it is still partly there, and I'm really at the end and hope you can help me. In the clip I show where exactly the problem is, and I just don't know what to do. In the ini I have already written: bUseBlurShader=0. Especially at the doors, but also in the game you can see that. Also, if you have an object in the front of the picture, for example, the one behind is blurred.

Could be a problem with DOF (Depth of Field) not working as it should.

What you can do:

- Disable in game DOF (probably the easisest way is to use BethINI and uncheck DOF in the settings).

- Disable/check your ENBs DOF. Standard key combination to toggle DOF in ENB is shift-F7.

- If you're using Reshade: Disable its DOF. Standard key to open Reshade settings is POS1.

And in general: Only use one form of DOF. Usually this should be ENB's DOF. Bethesda's DOF isn't really good, Reshade sometimes has problems with focusing.

Thanks for the fix and the idea with DOF. I think I just destroyed my whole game and added a few too many or unwise mods without any sense. It does start, but only to the main menu. I have now uninstalled and deleted everything and am now reinstalling everything.
