LE flame atronach race that looks like human

Hi, I tried creating a new human race that uses the animations of flame atronachs, but I am unsuccesful. When I go to preview animation in CK, it doesn't move at all.

I hope there is someone in here who is more skilled, and can make a human looking race with the flame atronach's animations. I want to have humans who can fly and hover like the flame atronachs.
