(new race/weapons)I already have models and half of the textures needed.So, I' started with reading tons of docs and tuts. Alright.What I did:Started with female model for a new raceCut off head and handsExported to NIF using Max plug-inCopy-pasted NiTriStrips from my NIF to existing Caucasian model (they are simmilar somehow)Made some adjustments so "meat" parts matchModel does show up in NifSkope but when I import it to GECK I simply can't see itSeems like I'm doing it wrong.Where's the problem?I would appreciate any help. Interfer0 Posted March 29, 2009 Share Posted March 29, 2009 Check your NiMaterialProperty, Alpha has to be set to 1 otherwise the item is see through. I think 3ds exports items with a default Alpha of .001 which is invisible. At least that was the problem I had, and it took me a week and a half to find it.
