FO3 mods issue

got fallout 3 last week. i downloaded the patch (1.4 is needed right?) and installed it. i used fomm to activate the mod and i start fallout3, when i get to the location of the weapon mod i get this=

now i have about 50 gb of mods for oblivion so i know how to mod games and stuff, but i have no clue what im doing wrong
