CTD when I try to barter with a merchant

Anytime I try to barter with a merchant I get a CTD. I can talk to them, but when I click on the dialogue choice to open the barter screen, it crashes. I assume it has to do with one of the weapon or armor mods that add items to merchants lists? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
