Mod Request/Suggestion/Ideas (Multiple)

Hi guys. Made this account just to post here. :pirate:

Firstly, to the modders, you guys are the real VIPS here. Much appreciation for all your hard work so far.

Now.. I have 450+hours in this game and over that time, my head has been filled up with some QoL ideas that I KNOW CDPR will never implement so I decided to toss them out here and maybe one of you awesome people will be inspired.

1. Hidden Gems on Map (I know there are a couple of map mods but.. Different than what I'm thinking).
I'm imagining a new category on the 1.5 "Custom" map display that would place markers (and the #???) on the roughly 200 Hidden Gems strewn throughout Night City.
No need to make the route-plotting system work here.. we can find our way. All I really want is to avoid tabbing back and forth between websites and the game.

2. Mini-Map Orientation Lock
While we are on the subject of maps, I'm the guy that always locks mini-maps to always face North with every game I play and CP77 won't let me do that!
I get so turned around all the time because of the constant rotating. Would be so grateful if we could just lock it North.

3. Turn Off Kids - Toggle
Just a UI Toggle to turn off Kids in the overworld. I just don't wanna see them or hear them.

4. Turn Off Sass - Toggle
Some of the NPCs are damn sassy and I don't need it! "Wutcha lookin for? A friend?!", or "Oh close your mouth! You'll swallow a fly!" etc..
Geezzz.... okaaaaay -_-

5. New Inventory Filter Category for Miscellaneous Items
These include all the non-Junk, non-MissionObjective items that can currently only be accessed/viewed from the "All Items" category...

6. Iconic Items Checklist
Just a little UI element to keep track of your acquisition status of the Iconic Weapons, Clothing, CyberDecks etc..

Do you Walk run and Parcour to your next destination, to gain Sport and activity points For your Trauma Team Acount and lower your Rescue Price? Or is Delamain Standart (a Relatively costly but secure way to get around) to travel your choice?.... or maybe the Metro (or another Low Price Concurent like Lift.. with chaty drivers.... maybe they got a problem to be solved?)

Is your Given destination in a "Safe" area of NC with a low need for Security ?

So CDPR is telling me: In this Town full of Talented, modified, Battle hardend, Ruthless"Nothing to lose" individuals with more than just an Atitude.. you just HAVE to be this ONE "Lone Wolf" Asshole. with no Backup in Firefights, no Help with Hacking or coolness, no help in Stealth combat, Strengh tests (etc) Whatsoever ... Why Tho?

Ther could be Guns fore hire, Mods for your Tire, Cool information Like a Illigal Parcour map to reach Geo Cash points all over the City on the "Net", you know? this thing on every laptop ingame?... but... the "Net" is a shalow Puddle with more or Less usefull Lore info.

The Net:

It COULD be, an usefull Developers Encyklopedia, with everything you need or want to know.

Like : where do i get the clothes i want?, where is the Car dealership with that Sweet Quadro in Night Blue Metalic? Where is a party/Riot/ Storm or other Event that block this part of Town? ... you know? Like the REAL internet. Or some made up equivelent like uuuh dunno? GTA, or other games with ingame Browsers?

2 Lets look at :

UI:

Dont make me go in my inventory for Most of my stuff all the time. give me a Utillity wheel for food/Drinks, Quickhack change, Helmet/Occuset/Tech Glasses on or of/ Hood/scarf up and down.

Welcome to CYBERPUNK a Capitalist Corpo Paradise, where almost everybody wears some Shootaaz or Choopaaz, with Shiny Polisch, Flashy collors Matched to the Outfit for the "STREET CRED".

But everybody is shy to show them? do Holster exist or is the "A** Pocket" Standart Chrome for every new born Human in 2077 ?

Instead of 3 Default Weapon slots, could it be possible to wear gear to Hold the guns Like ...pfff i dunno... Bags, Gun Racks, Holster, High Tech Backpacks, Improvised Straps and Belts?... Downside you have to wear them to use its Benefits (Ther should be a downside for anithing but ... y'all catch my Drift.)

Imagine you start the game without the Kiroshi Optic implant from Victor,

- No Health bar

- no "press button" hints on screen

- No quick inventory HUD

- NO HUD in ANY way.

So insted you get an Occu Set /Tech Glasses/ Corpo Sunglasses (or use your own) to get Basic Information. You want more Information, like your Blood O2? Buy the Upgrade.

Better scan software? Buy Upgrade.

Night vision? ... Guess what.

Simple Ocusets "just" show Your stats +Inventory

Better ones got more "included systems but:--> cost alot more Eddys but also (Bio) Energy. Wich, maybe, makes you Hungry faster/Reload Batterys)

Mod it with:

-"GPS Route" so you see a Stripe on the Road to your destination (Like in the Race Quests)

-Flashlight

-infrared vision + Lamp

-Additional RAM proxy/Firewall Mods

- Thermal Vision

- Scaner/Better Scaner

- Camera

-Marker Puffer for Smart Guns (more Targets, faster loock on... etc)

- Balistic Ricochet showcase. :shows where you have to aim to hit a enemy behind cover for Power Weapons/ Smart guns

- FOV Booster (i Like to play with 110-120 Feld of view)

- Gun-Magazin HUD

- Active ear protection/better Hearing

-Remote Controlled Car Driving (if you can hack the Car, or it belongs to you.)

Every Device need energy to work. so please give me an explanation and mechanic.

Also Bionic Eyes should be 100.000, ED Minimum (Just a personal opinion)

Slide bars/Scroll Menu:

-There is so mutch loot Please dont list me every Gun/thing, List me the types and let me scroll thrugh the quality Maybe?

Driving/Radio.

-Let me see what im Hearing so in cars could be a monitor that shows Radiostation and Song.

Further even info about the car (Damage Interface: where/Whitch gun/Survival posybillity)

SHOOTAZ & CHOOPAZ

1. Amunition types

-Dont just give me "better guns" What about the Ammo: Shock shots, Non Leathel Rubber Bullets, Flame Rounds, Minnie Rockets, Cover Breaker Amunition, EMP Bullets... you name it.

2. Magazine Management, Maybe you want to rotate your damage, So set your own Magazin Composition ( shockRound, FlameRound, PoisenRound, AP Round)

Via Gun-Magazin HUD Mod in the occuset you can see What Bullet you gonna Shoot.(Revolver style guns should be able to change ammo type per hand or, Mod and Smart link. (Magazine Loadet Guns dont have that Option.)

Ryde and Style:

1. Everything should be Breakeable! _: Got hit by a salvo in your chest? You may Survived but your Shirt pretty mutch not.... Guaranteed! DONT PANIC: more Clothes just like yours is *Mass Produced* and Sold to "Fair" prices in so Called "Stores" maybe you can finde one.

2. Got Hacked? your okkuset loses its stability, part of its benefits, maybe it gets Dead Pixels or other Bugs (CDPR you know how to insert Bugs Right?)

other Cyberware decrease in its perks slowly if not Maintanainced ( so your Tech level is worth something for your Character. High Lvl = Lower Decrease rate /less Parts for repair work ... dont know.)

Shoping and Stores:

MORE STORES so parts for Ammo, Crafting/Reapair and Maintanaince/Taylor is so accessable how it should be.

Also how about Mobile Stores? Ther are Vans and Transport Vehicles. But noone got a Food Truck? Mobile Car Repair? Gun Store? .... Nothing ?

MODDING for Dummies:

- Is it possible to create a tool to Desing Clothes in NC? (could be a Fun Sidequest. In the end you get the ability to desing Fashon and Sell it #Passiveincome)

-Same for Car mods.

- Same for Quests so everybody can Bring a new pice in this Puzzle we call Cyberpunk NC (Arma3 3d Editor Style)

Income/Outcome:

What i see is: *Night City* a magical Land with Roots in countrys Like Sweden, Greek or Germany where living cost you nothing, Noone Ripps you of, Milk Flowing in Wide Rivers down the stream and Honny is Dripping from the Clouds

-Let me Pay Rent / Car- TraumaTeam- Guns- Gear-insurance. (IF i want to)

-A dynamic Price change all over town would make Traiding a real Option. Like i expect it in Capitalist corpo hell Holes. (X Game Series X2 X3- X3 Reunion Bla bla)

Harder Injurys:

You Startet with both your own arms Flesh and Blood, but lost your Right one in Combat? How about TraumaTeam Provides you with an Agreed Package (like an incurance Duh)

So from now on You dont loose Health if you get hit in your, probably cheap metalic, robo part. But cant be heald with "Bounce Back" nor "Max Doc" either so if your arms ar broken you cant Run&Gun so Hack your way Through or Disengage

Got to much Poison in your system? How about You Have to Puke and your Liver Dies, So you maybe get more and more implants as you progress .

Got hit in the arm with a 50cal Sniper? Your Chrome is Scrap now Buddy, and you cant use it till you replace it.

Food intake (NOM NOM NOM)

This is a Apokalyptic Wasteland, everything is poisounus, The Air (without mask/Lung cleaner) The Water, The Joytoy.... everything is Nasty your immune system works Hard

-You Parcouring like a Madman? the rest of your Body needs Energy/Protein/Water

-If the cyberware has no battery, Your bio energy suply has to do it. The Metabolism needs intake (Nom nom nom)

-Fun Drink and Food animations: Short, pleasent to hear, interruptable. on the fly usable (maybe a Context ring menu on Middle mouse wheel).

-a GTA4 style Hotdog cart/vender interaction with all the streetfood vender would be awesome

DOC & MEDS:

Are you Astmatic? Do you use inhaler Regulary? No? Go ask one who dos how much doses such a litle can is able to hold.

- Maybe 1 Inhaler Can hold more then one Dose? or maybe I decide how much i inhale by Holding the "Heal" Key as long as i wish/its Empty?

- Additional should it weigh more, Inventar Management is, per Car trunk, always "right around the corner". So give me a fun and streamlined UI to hang and handle

- (Maybe the Car Autopilot can drive to destination while i Sort my loot ?)
