Constance
Now, i realise this is a little bit of a weird request possibly, and i appologise if it has been posted before, but for a while i have been wanting an Openable/Closeable safe. Like, for example, i love placing one of those 'Cracked safe' things, in every home i make, because i have a habbit of collecting Pre-War money and books and placing them in there for the hell of it (:But i've always been HIGHLY aggrovated by the fact that you can't even close the safe -.- Like why does it have to be static? And then there's the Container versions of the Safe, which are boring, because they are containers -.- I like to be able to visually SEE the stuff i put in there. I dont honestly expect anybody to assist in this, i'm just saying this in hopes that it may spark an idea or something. PM me or reply to this thread if you know of a mod, or can create a mod, that does what i'm asking (: :thanks: (I was going to say something else, but i can't remember what it was, so i might just edit this post (If i can) once i remember)
AlexxEG
That would be great^^I don't know much about texture/mesh and all that but maybe is some1 use wall safe tex/mesh and import that to a door, then make a safe without that door thingy. But then you have to use two stuff, or make all in one if someone know how^^
Constance
You could just make it as a 'Door'? Just like have the whole safe with the door as one object in the 'Door' section, so when you activate it, it opens up the safe, and closes it as such? Wouldn't be too hard i dont think? Well i mean, as long as you know what you're doing xD
Pax1138
The best way to do it would be as a door or an animated Activator, I would think, but it would also be the most complicated, since you'd have to port them to a modeling program, create new animations, and then port it all back. Could be easy for someone, but not I. The easiest way to do it, on the other hand, would be to create two new activators with the preexisting cracked safe and container safe models that, when you activated them, it disabled one and enabled the other. It wouldn't animate and the safe would just instantly close, but maybe if you blinked at the right second, you wouldn't notice. :whistling: -Pax
