wolfpack91
yes 5 min spread is bad i want that for the NPC because i get hit often... but i want a perk (just for me) that make the gun min spread 0.5000 lol you sir fit in as power gamer or posasibly munchkin Munchkin- Cheats the game by altering stats to make the game very one sided in your favor. often obtaining, or in your case modding a weapon to be bad for an enemy while retaining good propertys for your self. Munchkins, if done EVERY TIME (once in a blue moon is understandable) are usually shunned by most gaming scociety. Power Gamers- Gamers obbsessed with creating the most OP LEGAL (no cheats) charecter the game will allow, power gamers will often skip to areas the are known to house powerfull armor and weapons rather than playing through the game and discovering them by accident. often mistaken as a munchkin, these gamers have the game time and real game experiance to show for their OP charecters. Role Player- is a gamer that will play the game as intended making game choices that the particular charecter would make had they had a mind of their own, they will poupously ignore powerfull weapons and armor untill they have either discovered it at random or sent on a quest that puts them close to a known power-house item. roile players will eventually get to the point of OP but when that happens they loose intrest in the play through and start over or in my case store or hock power items and use sub-standard gear to get the challenge back. Now that ive had my rant heres the knowledge you seek. however your still going to have to put in time learning the scripts to make it work as intended. http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/How_to_create_a_perk
wolfpack91
if i were you, if you have New Vegas or if someone is willing to help you in that way check the scripting on the Drug steady in FONV it does what your looking for to a much less degree but that can be changed by modifying the script a bit. then import it into a custom made quest then link it to the perk you created and BOOM theres your answer... http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Steady
wolfpack91
and just a thought if you manage to make it work set thew perk requirements to like level 5 or 6, OR a prerequisite of small guns level 75 or 95 (which is possible by level 4 if you know how to properly plan a charecter from the start) to allow for the explanation of he actually learned to be accurate with it. or when in doubt jack up the spread on all weapons and just use vats because vats dont (to my knowlege) factor in spread, just a probibility generator, luck score, and skill. panzersharkcat
Create a new perk or modify something like Sniper. Set your conditions such as Small Guns 75 and under Perk Entries, create a new one. Click Entry Point, choose Calculate Gun Spread, and pick Multiply Value. Then fill in whatever you want, as long as it's below 1. So if you want to lower your weapon spread by 80%, put in .2. If you want it for just this weapon, choose Add Value instead and put in a negative for whatever it was you wanted. So for .5 spread by a rifle with 5 spread normally, put -4.5. Then in the conditions tab, choose weapons and create a new condition GetEquipped on whatever that rifle is. I hope that helps.
