SSE Rotating & Placing Items

I can't find any existing mod for what I have in mind.

I'm looking for a mod that can make carrying & rotating items smoother/easier (via the E key) to help decorate my home.

It can be a real pain trying to angle items like butterfly jars, skulls or placing anything on a table and setting it correctly.

 

If something like this already exists can I please be pointed in the right direction.

Jaxonz Positioner is often used for manually placing, and positioning in-game elements. TBH, I don't know of any other such mod.
