Dynamic weather mod causing crashes

I installed the dynamic weather mod here and everything boots up fine until I select the rain options in nmm. When I select it and launch the game there is an automatic crash.

The night eye option does this as well, but I'm much more worried about the rain right now.

Dowloaded, and tested all data here. Thumbs up is all I see so far, so what ever the problem is, it's on your end
