TheNewAgeElvis Posted September 24, 2013 Share Posted September 24, 2013 I'm looking for a mod that makes item scaling slower than normal (or at least, makes powerful items really rare). I really hate getting to level 30 and having a bunch of ebony and steel plate items all over the place, along with super enchanted weapons finding their way into loot all the time.
