G.E.C.K Never Responding

So Recently I had installed the Weapon Animation Re-placers mod for Fallout New Vegas, I noticed that you could get a hand-grip animation for modded weapons, such as my M4A1. After researching on how to apply the hand-grip 4 animations to the weapon, the G.E.C.K is needed.

Now, all the G.E.C.K Files have been installed correctly to the correct File path location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Bathesda Softworks\Fallout New Vegas); When starting the GECK it constantly gives me the same error "Garden of Eden Creation Kit has stopped working", I'm beginning to get fustrated and started wondering whether it is a problem with NVSE?

Ive searched for a conclusion to my problem and I've seen something about needing to use NVSE to start the GECK and that "Solution" did not work.

I have also tried starting as Administrator, Re-Installing GECK, Re-installing Fallout NV, correcting file locations etc...

Could someone please help me with this problem, It has been bugging me for weeks.

Edit:

Okay, so I've found the solution to the problem. For those getting the same issue; If you have an ENB installed, temporarily remove the enb files from your installation folder, But i believe it's a problem with the d3d9.dll and d3d9_SMAA.dll files used in the installation of the ENB

You, sir, are a GENIUS. Thank's for the bit about the ENB, now it works!

Unfortunately, it was too late for my FNV game data - I had already messed it up to the point of having to re-install it AND my mods, because I tried a tonne of silly things to try and fix the GECK, but it's all fine now.
