bebbe777
Why did the texture become like this. The problem can be seen in GECK aswell?http://fc13.deviantart.com/fs44/f/2009/091/6/a/Problem1_by_Bebbe88.jpg
Teddy_Leach
I reckon it's a dodgy texture. Doesn't look like it's correctly over the mesh.
bebbe777
Find the the problem in Photoshop. Somehow the "Generate Map (Something) had been changed to "Use existing map". That f*ucked it up. I believe it enlarged the entire texture so it no longer fit the mesh.
Undeadenemy
Why did the texture become like this. The problem can be seen in GECK aswell?http://fc13.deviantart.com/fs44/f/2009/091/6/a/Problem1_by_Bebbe88.jpg You need to use Archive Invalidation Invalidated: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=944 Its a program that does something that fixes whatever causes that problem. You pretty much download and install, then run the program once. That solves 99.9% of those problems permanently. It is not a problem with the way you've done the texture, so you may want to backtrack and undo any changes you've made trying to fix that issues yourself. Again, use the Archive Invalidation Invalidated, and that problem should go away.
bebbe777
The Archive Invalidation was already done so that was not the problem, it was in photoshop who distorted the textures when I saved them to DDR files. Now I got a new problem. I can't see texture in Nifskope. I have imported the Behemoth but he is all white. I have added the Fallout3/Data folder to the Rendering window so it should find the texture. I have also checked the Texturing option in the Rendering window so that is not the problem either. Whats wrong?

Guest
i am totally new at all this. just downloaded GECk today and have been messing with it for w few hours trying to get the hang of it. I have been looking for the elevator in the items list. is there one? I was wanting to do a full on version of the hive myself, but it looks like yous guys are already working on it. on top of all that, after reading the posts, i have noticed that you are using photoshop to retexture the walls, grass, uniforms, ect. do i need to find those files in the folders and inport them or how does this all work. like i said...im a nOOb at the whole mod thing. never even tried it till today. but if i'm going to do something i want to do it right...any constructive critisism is appreciated... Looks like yous guys have it under control. I think im just going to create and test for a while before I ask much more on the hows...
