AirtightSpring3
I heard there is a way to compress your WAV Dialogue Files to make them smaller in the mod and take up less room. How would I do this?
greentea101
Use Unfuzer to make FUZ files out of WAVs. A FUZ file contains a compressed version of the WAV, along with optional lip synch data. All the vanilla dialogue exists as FUZ files.

greentea101
Try the method described on this page: http://www.creationkit.com/How_to_generate_voice_files_by_batch
AirtightSpring3
Do you need a .ESM for your mod for that to work or will a .ESP be fine?
greentea101
I've never actually done it myself, but I think an ESP would work fine (I can't imagine why it wouldn't).
AirtightSpring3
I have one problem. Whenever I try to use the feature you mentioned CK crashes and gets stuck on one of various lines from Dawnguard. Any idea on other ways to create LIP files? AirtightSpring3
Well I got it working using the individual line LIP creator in Ck. My problem was all my WAV files were Stereo not Mono so I had to reconvert them.
willartte
Based on compression attribute, we classify audio format into three categories: uncompressed, lossless compressed, and lossy compressed. The uncompressed audio formats contain WAV, AIFF, AU or raw header-less PCM.To compress uncompressed audio formats like WAV, you'd better to compress them to the second and the third category, like compress WAV to FLAC and Apple Lossless ALAC M4A or compress WAV to MP3 and WMA, AAC, RA and etc.Hope it is what you are looking for.
