Missing animation while importing/exporting in 3DS Max 2012

Hello, I have certain problem with missing animation. I wanted to edit model of a head in Morrowind using 3DS Max 2012, I extracted model from archive and opened it in NifTools program, in there (in NifTools) I can see the head has an animation of blinking eyes and opening mouth. However, when I import it into 3DS Max I cant see any animations (I'm not sure if I'm viewing it right I'm still learning) and when I export this head back into nif file and open it up in NifTools animation is gone, I cant see any blinking or mouth movement. Why is that happening? How could I fix it? perhaps its something in settings of import/export? If anyone could help I would be grateful, I wanted to change that head and make few others, as well as working with some Dwemer machines which also are animated and I'm afraid I wont be able to do those things without breaking animations :<

And it seem to work now however its kinda buggy, animations stop working for some reason when i work on them i don't know why
