The main idea would be a tinted green version of the mistform ability from vampire lords but as a spell. It would do damage in an area around it but wouldn't Regen magika while in the form and would instead use magika to maintain the form . I think it would be an expert level spell at least. Is this doable or is there a mod that already does this? The ebony mail already has a poison cloak effect so maybe it could use a stronger version of that.
