XJDHDR Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 It sounds like you installed Oblivion in the "Program Files" folder. I highly recommend that you don't do this. Your problems are caused by Vista's UAC protecting that folder. The solution is to either (re)install Oblivion and all your other programs outside that folder (recommended choice, try C:/Games) or disable UAC (not recommended, you reduce your PC's security). As for the mods you have created, they can be found here:C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Datawhere <user name> is the name you use to log in to windows.
