camera movement stutter

hi.. recently i've discovered this weird glitch which affects my character and the weapons (if sheated on the back or at my waist), everytime I walk straight and move my mouse (or my controller, I use that too sometimes) left or right, the character does this weird stuttering movement... it feels like lagging, I can't say more because this is the first time I encountered such a bug (on SE) during all these years of playing it.

I have some walking animations and camera mods like (true directional movement, pretty female idles, leviathan animations, dynamic animation replacer and conditional idles)

I tried to disable some of them, all of them but this issue is still visible, I have almost 200 mods but most of them are graphical ones and items, armors, weapons... maps, etc.

i didn't want to make a big fuss about it because it's not gamebreaking but I mostly play on third person and my ocd is killing me.. even if I play with the controller and the sensivity is toggled at minimum I can still see my character having a ''stroke''. I searched this problem by keywords (English isn't my first language so it is hard on situations like this) ... most of the users there were talking about something about the game being in idle mode for too long (alt tab) ... that is false because as soon as I start playing skyrim, I see this problem. there was another response that has to do with the ENB ... I mean, alright, I've played at 30 fps, 40, 50, 60 ... framelimiter on, vsync off and reverse... disabled the enb, it still happens.

i don't know what to do, I had a pause of playing video games because of my exams and stuff like that... last time I played skyrim was in december, last year.. and I can't remember if this issue was visible then, can't remember if I tried to fix it then or just ignoring it... i'm on a brain fog

anyway, sorry for this writing too much details for a 'smal' issue like this one, I managed to record a video, it's easy to see it than to imagine it.

(with weapons like great swords or battle axes, this issue is more visible... with both vanilla weapon and from different mod sets)

comment presumes you're not using an old i5 laptop with circa 2010 integrated graphics...

For me, in my game, it's an intermittent issue I associate with increased lag. Beyond that I have no idea. I play with a pretty static mod load order of around 350 mods, and I still get that behavior even if I haven't succumbed to the "ooh, I gotta have that new mod" thing for a while.

I generally see evidence of this stuttering if I've been out and about in exterior locations for a long time (several real hours) and usually when covering large traverses by foot (I'm a wanderer), without any "cool down" periods (dodging into a player home, chilling for a game day or three, saving, then reloading to let scripts and such stttle down) , or in cases where the game loads ... "oddly" (idk about you, but once and a while the game loads up and has problems from the git-go, due to some on-load glitching of some sort).

So unless you just installed something recently that you can correlate to the incidence, I'd monitor your lag and see if there's any correlation there.

Elephant's Script Latency Tool might be of value to you in that monitoring.

so... from what i have read, there is no fix to this problem and it's pretty common, right ..?

i don't know 'scripting' and stuff like that, anyway thanks for your reply

"Common"? Idk about common. Nor "no fix to this problem". I stated that I sometimes experience this issue, and I suggested one common way that I fix a script lag problem.
So....no.
Scripts are used in the game to provide certain common functionality. For instance, many animation sequences are scripted. Some game checks performed by MCM elements are scripts, etc etc. Scripts can "go awry" and produce slowdowns in game play. Some of these issues can be solved by providing a "cool down" period so they can finish what they're doing and thereby alleviate the script bottleneck, as I noted above.
I suppose one might think of it as a traffic jam. Unless one doesn't know what a traffic jam is either. Maybe then I could try to refer to your possible experience standing in a line for something popular, or everyone getting off a bus and needing to use the lone single-stall toilet at wherever you stopped, all at the same time. Do any of these sound vaguely familiar to you?

whatever dude, I managed to ''solve'' this problem by myself, well partially. it's because of the hdt physics of the cloaks...

i've tested multiple sets of armors with and without cloaks. with the cloaks I get this stutter movement when i'm going left or right, without the cloaks all is normal, fluid movement... now I need to fix this issue so I can wear them too.

if I manage to find something i'll post it here

EDIT: hmm looks like it's worse than I thought, this issue appears everytime I use something that has physics (hairstyles, wigs, ''circlets'') and when I'm naked, because of the breast jiggles ...

EDIT 2: OK, finally I think I have fixed it for good. so here's what I did, i've opened HDT SMP physics folder, then I searched ''config.xml and opened it with notepad, there you need to find ''<clampRotation> and put it from ''true'' to ''false''

I have tested it again with different fps cap, the problem is fixed, or atleast it's not that visible to the eye.

EDIT 3: you know what... i'm just gonna leave it like that... it will mess with your physics ... my breasts went like 3x times larger, my wigs started moving like crazy and my cloak levitates.
