Adding custom Voice .wav.mp3.lip specification problem?

I should probably start by saying Hello TesNexus goers, it's an absolute pleasure using the mods you've created. I'm still learning to mod by trial and error in TES4CS and by tweaking other peoples work.

I've been trying to add voice files to the "Ramy Enfant.esp" companion mod that I downloaded.

Although the .wav plays back when I double click them in TES4 version 1.2.0.404, they don't playback inside the game and I can't figure out why.

Here is the location C:\Chris' Folder\Bethesda2\Data\Sound\Voice\Ramy Enfant.esp\Breton\F (I copied the location & filename from TES dialogue window)

I encoded these to Wav(pcm 16 little-endian) and MP3 in SUPER by eRightSoft program but perhaps the format is wrong.

Generic_GREETING_0000A549_1.wav is 705kbps,44100hz mono

Generic_GREETING_0000A549_1.mp3 is 64kbps, 44100hz stereo (though I also tried mono)

I was unable to save a lipfile despite clicking the generate lipfile button so I used one from another mod, which now displays fine.

Generic_GREETING_0000A549_1.lip

Any help with getting the voices working ingame would be greatly appreciated

Thanks, Chris
