Load order doesn't work anymore

Hi, after being away for months from Oblivion, I decided to give the game another shot...

 

so I start the game and it says : unable to find masterfile: oblivion.esm

 

As far as I remember this had something to do with my mod load order,

 

 

so, I'll let you guys take a look at it since I dont have a clue why it's not working (as far as I can see oblivion.esm is first in load order, or I'm just a retard :P )
