Will NMM and FOMM conflict?

I'm looking to download some mods for Fallout New Vegas, and Project Nevada is going to be one of those mods. However, I have seen that Fallout Mod Manager is highly recommended for downloading PN. I have the Nexus Mod Manager downloaded, but I use it primarily for mods for Skyrim. I just want to know two things:

1. Can I download Project Nevada and use it through the NMM without any problems?

2. If I can't download PN through the NMM and I have to download FOMM, will it conflict with NMM?

Any help would be great. Thanks.

1. Last I heard, PN's installation script is not handled well by NMM, and may throw errors.

2. You can use FOMM alongside NMM - FOMM to manage your FNV mods, and NMM to manage your Skyrim mods. As long as you use only one of the two to manage each game, there shouldn't be any conflicts.

Thanks for the info dude, but I'm still a little concerned. I'm looking at the comment section on the FOMM page and people are reporting problems. But some of these people are using Windows NT (why people would be using such an old OS that's no longer even supported makes no sense) and I think that is their problem right there. I'm running a Windows 8 system, so I just want to make sure there's no issues.

Actually, Windows NT is the name for the whole family of Microsoft OS'es. For example, Windows 7 Service pack 1 is the exact same thing as Windows NT 6.1.7601, which is what most users report on FOMM's page.
