[LE] Adding dialogue to guards of skyrim, beginner modder

Ive looked at several dialog guides on how to add dialogue to a specific NPC or a custom made NPC, but i cant find anything on how to add dialogue to the guards of skyrim.

Im trying to add a few lines that will be said when theyre attacked. i was specifically thinking of a dragon attack or vampire attack. But general attack would be fine

I know how to make a baisc custom follower with custome dialogue

 

However, i cant figure out how to add the dialogue to guards

i know i have to make a quest, but got no idea how to include all the quards. Do i just add every single type of guard(theres like 80 of em) to the condition in that dialogue? im also guessing it has something to do with GuardsDialogueFaction.
