So, simple is that... Just turned off all controls in game such as mouse and keyboard at all. No one thing is not responding. Cannot move, ESC,TAB or something. ALT + F4 only. Sometime it's simply block controls and I going towards or what the last button was.When Im loaded a new game or countinue the last one - goes good. 2-5 minutes.. And again! Forums are quiet, so I have no idea, what the reason is. Please help me! Will cash you a few dollars at the phone number. Really need help! My young brother crying all the time!!!)

On a PC? Use the console and type:

EnablePlayerControls

That should enable the controls if some script disabled them inadvertently. Of course, you have to be able to use the tilda (~) key to do so...

 

If your keyboard and mouse are just dead in general, that can't really be the game's fault.

post your load order from the plugin txt file , you have a severe mod conflict some place or a really bad set of files. Permissions are active or files are not loading AKA permisions, missing, corrupted. something you just installed caused it.

 

I have run into this many times. Yes, the game CAN cause this.
