Here's my general loadout for the game so far. Up until I got to the Hoover Dam it was running OK for the most part, CTDing a lot but not to the point where I can't even get past loading screens (as of right now);

Wonder which one is the weak link here, or if it's just a huge mess that needs sorting. I have that FNVEDIT program which I can't really figure out how to use. I uncheck some of the smaller mods and still the same issue comes up. Barely playable, at this point, and I'd rather ditch the game than have to uninstall and restart for the 5th time. Now here's what happens; I'm at the part where I have a quest at Hoover Dam, I couldn't find it so I decide to go back to this player house I've got from the Bison Steve renovation mod, and when I enter the house, CTD. And it usually CTDs every other loading screen otherwise, more frequently as I've leveled up I notice. I used the 4gb thing and the ENB thing, not properly I'm sure, as the results haven't changed much at all, in fact it crashes even more. I also get really major FPS drop when I go to Red Rock Canyon. Wow this is turning into a laundry list of symptoms lol

Your saves are probably corrupted and there is no fix for that. You probably have to start over.

 

If you have FPS issues try using stutter remover, Zan's purge cell buffers, and better performance
