Ctd in cells near riverwood

So Im using water for enb and I get ctd in every cell near riverwood with water in it ,funnily enough not in the town itself , I managed to hunt down the RiverWaterFlow as culprit with the help of sseedit but applying the water fix script didnt help at all. The flags remain the same in sseedit and I proceed to ctd in those areas , any help to fix those would be appreciated
