DovaEagle
If you were a Stormcloak, once you have finished fighting the civil war, Ralof, one of the main characters in the civil war quest line, suddenly has no further importance in the game. This really disappointed me as Ralof was one of my favorite characters. He has no dialogue options, is not a follower, and his entire routine is drinking and sleeping in the inn at Riverwood. After all the character developement Bethesda did with the guy, bringing him from a gung-ho freedom fighter to a haunted, alcoholic veteran, it feels like they kind of just forgot about him after the War is over. He is an excellent and gritty complement to the game, where war and death in battle are often lauded by the Nords of Skyrim as honorable and glorious. I think it would be great if he were made a follower and was given some of his old dialogue options, to make him seem more 'alive' in the game. I know Bethesda probably put Ralof where he is on purpose, since it does add a bit of depth to the game, but i feel he could still be the haunted testiment to the horrors of war as a follower and a half-decent drinking buddy. I'm sure i'm not the only one who is thinking this as well, and idk anything about modding, but i feel like this would be a simpler project since the models, textures, and voice acted dialogue are all present.
