the apocathary and phoenix armory can't find it

A long time ago I d/l the mod "the apothecary and phoenix armory" but can't find its page any more. I finnly got around to trying it out, it puts a door on the building next to the Super mart (that is the one in the Wasteland S guide quest for food and Meds) when entered you see 2 Giant lawn Gnomes and 3 npcs, 1 girl in metal armor which has no response if you talk to her, Lenny a Super Mutants which again does not talk to you(but all 3 are frendly) and a Goul who will buy and sell you some stuff including a Plasma riffle and a Black hawk pistol. There are 4 doors the when opened lead to empty space, and the room with the goul is full of weapons on shelves which you can't pickup.. There is also a Cash Register which you can open and empty as its green to the player.

 

The version I have is either not installed correctly or at the time I d/l it was unfinished.

 

I check here for the mods page and on"No mutants allowed" but at least by searching for the mods name I did not find anything.

 

Here is the only file I have, I don't have a txt file or anything with it.
