Publishing a Player-Character Preset to Skyrim SE Mods?

We have a preset we'd like to publish as a mod.

 

We are placing it in a folder structure that matches the SKSE>Plugins>jslots, etc.

 

Then we zip it. And publish.

 

Do we need to mention the original character race on our mod page? Since the head is a Nord head?

 

Do we need to extend any warnings about our body-weight using this character-preset?

 

Anything we might have missed?
