Hey, this is my first post so hopefully i wont have posted something too idiotic.

i've been trying to run a modified form of the the vampire script to create a zombie/ghoul form of a player. Only it cant find the variables when i try to activate it either through the command or through a scripted spell.

this is a copy of my early script. i have also added the variables to the global to see if that had an effect.

any suggestions?

Modifying this script will only lead to headaches. I essentially tried this with a serperate vampire race. The feed commands are hardcoded into the vampirism. Vampirism also causes you to look like a vampire.

I suggest modifying your tact somewhat. Instead of feeding and having the animation you may have to deal with a scripted spell. I am not a master scripter, but i could find no way around this. I think you will be running into the same problems I did.

the feed command isnt a problem.

The zombie script was supposed to alter the player in such a way as they are required to kill characters to feed. If i could set it so haszdisease (my new variable) actually existed and i can add to it, i could program any recently dead character to have a new item that adds to the number, replacing the hasfed vampire variable. But as it stands i cant add to any of the new variables or test their functioning as it doesnt seem to load at all.
