FOMM error persists after re-install ....

Hello there ....

In an attempt to uninstall a user-made mod from my Fallout 3 data folder using FOMM 0.9.12, the program (fomm) began crashing persistently, and ever since.

I uninstalled everything, including Fallout 3, and re-installed everything from scratch.

Even after all that, the error persists ... (after a clean install of Fallout 3 w/ no mods)!!!!???

The funny thing is, that the game launches fine, but the FOMM error is still running in the background ... which I don't trust to start a new game ...

So, now ... whenever I try to run the game using FOMM / Fose (latest version) .... I receive this error, which also writes the following crashdump log, which pertains to the bad file contained within the mod that I am long since rid of ......

I do not want to have to re-install Windows (Vista X64bit) just to get rid of this stupid, little problem, because that is just ridiculous ....

any & all help would certainly be appreciated ....

just an update ... in case anyone else runs into this STUPID problem ....

I have UAC switched off ... it's the first thing I do after installing windows ... as it's like a small dog that won't stop humping your leg (senseless) ..

I've uninstalled FOMM twice now (deleted everything) ... even tried downgrading to 0.9.11

nothing works ... still receive the pointless error upon launching FO3 .... the error just hangs there while the game launches ... waiting to crash at any moment .... when I close the error dialog box, I get the generic Windows Error that tells me what just happened is exactly what just happened ... because it happened ( I really hate the way Windoez is designed, truthfully ... ) I wish they could come up with a non-Patronizing Edition, which would axe all the crap & operate as it should .... and could .... oh well ....

I guess that's why they now call amphibious cars boats then isn't it .......

I guess I'm re-installing Windows again .... in order to eliminate this ridiculousness .....
