I have schemes to bypass the glowing sea completely as I find that section of the map pointless and bleh.
I figure I'd add some different/additional info to kelloggs terminal that activates hunter/hunted.
from there a trigger that activates a captain kells-less version of destroying the railroad IF and only if you kill the synth at the top.
additionally a method, probably with tinker tom's computer that extrapolates the courser chipdata into the schematics to bypass virgil again.

I'd also like to move the load door from the old robotics wing in the institute to dump out into the actual robots wing of the institute instead of the biology wing

If possible I'm going to figure out how to replace the glowing sea bombs quest with the fort strong quest
they never use the damn mininukes and the glowing sea is aforementioned bleh

I want to activate Liberty reprimed immediately after you visit the crew and have recruiting scara as an option from the start

I figure why not have battle for bunker hill activate when synth retention does
