LE Is there a mod that allows High Elves to have more starting spells?

Or a mod where you choose your starting spells?

 

For roleplaying reasons, this would be cool. I doubt any adult high elf would only know three, not very powerful, spells.

you could use leveller's tower, there is a library that lets you select the spells and it adds them to your inventory, you can also remove spells this way

Levellers Tower is too much and too immersion breaking for me, but thanks anyway.
