Everyone Naked MOD request

Hello all, i want to ask if there is a mod that makes everyone (as in ALL npcs) naked, if there is please point me in the direction, but what i really want is a mod that let me pick any outfit and weapons for all npcs all at once, example: lets say, make every npc on my curren map wear faction armor or any kind of armor or none at all, next all npcs weapons are replaced by a weapon(s) of choice, and finally if every kind of npc could be independently be given weapons, armor or no armor based on their type (as in companions, males, females), but also to be able to exclude factions, old npcs and child npcs, that would be a really epic mod, for roleplaying and dificulty and challenges porpouses, thx have a good night.
