cmd673 Posted April 17, 2022 Share Posted April 17, 2022 If you are playing as an elf or an orc, you ought to be able to sample your own blood into the "Essence Extractor" for the "Discerning the Transmundane" quest. After all, your blood gets sampled elsewhere to unlock Sky Haven Temple and to open Serana's vault. So sampling for this quest makes sense and saves you one step in the process.
