If you mean that something which pops up during Blender installation saying Blender scripts should go somewhere else, just ignore that and go with the default location. I actually listened to that advice the first time I installed Blender and neither nif scripts of PyFFI scripts worked. Anyway, getting Blender with nif scripts to work as they should is easy: 1. Install Python 2.6.6 2. Install Blender 2.49b 3. Install PyFFI 2.1.11 4. Install Blender NifScripts 2.5.9 5. Done That's all there is to it, it's nearly impossible to mess up.
