import/export dialogue/quests from file A to file B

Alright, we are a duo who's working on a mod with norse mythology as theme and naturally we work parallel with eachother. The problem is combining our work and making it actually work. Its been fine with ex. me making the interior for houses etc and copying that to my friends world with copy+paste.

The problem we are at now is to export quests/dialogues from my .esp file to his .esp file. I've tried doing the export dialogue and queststages, getting the .txt file but im not able to import it into the other file. TES says its been imported, but of course the topic IDs and all other IDs have not been imported, giving me alot of errors when imported. Do I really need to create the quests all over again in my friends .esp file? Any help would be very much appreciated since its alot of work to redo all the quests.

On a sidenote... Is it possible to get a clean .esp file from start without all the default oblivion interior/exterior/world in it?

the thing is we use two different .esp files. My friend creates the world in his and I only do some interior of houses and dialogue/quests in mine. Is there a way to simply copy+paste from my file to his?

TESCS has export and import functions. they are in the file list and allows you to export them as txt files and import those files. however, i warn you that these can go wrong quite easily.

make sure everything has a different name and remember that if you start changing stuff by accident from where you have exported it from, make sure you get the mod order correct or it will crash.
