UhuruNUru
I may be missing something obvious but I see this on most forums followed by multiple posts numbers yet I've no Idea how it to do this and seaching hasn't helpedMultiquote and Quote do as I'd expect and quote whole posts but nothing I'Ve tried does this Forum SuggestionThe above mentioned Post Numbers appear to be representing Number of Posts on the entire forum which have no meaning at all to usersA much better number to use would be the Number of posts in that Topic which is shown in top right of each Post Nexus Mods SuggestionI'm surprised this one isn't already doneChecksums on Mod Files which should be an easily automated systemIt would provide a ready made system for checking the validity of downloads for both Mod Managers and UsersAlso would reduce download numbers from downloading twice or more to verify a good download I always have two copies of Mods an untouched Original and a Working Copy but would only Download once if a could Checksum it for errors
Oubliette
When you see a "reply to" followed by a long number - it's from the mod side of the site. Every mod's comment section is actually a forum thread. However many people prefer to comment from the mod side of the site (which lacks features like the quote function, smilies and the ability to apply bbc code to the text) and this created confusion when they were trying to reply to a specific post so the "reply to" feature was implemented. It's not a seamless addition to the sites but it is, mostly, better than what we had before. Edited September 29, 2013 by Oubliette
