[REQ] Communist Radio Station

I was thinking that with the whole war with China and all the Chinese weapons and gear you can find in the game, why is there no communist propaganda radio stations? The Enclave has its own station and Three Dog has Galaxy News Radio, yet no one spreads the words of peoples class struggles ;) .

 

So what I am asking for is perhaps make a new Radio channel that plays some communist themed music and some propaganda to add to the feel that there was actually a war between the USA and China. I guess the story could be that some communist sympathizers, after the bombs fell, took over some radio station and then started to spread the word of Marxist-Leninism to the Wasteland. Maybe someone could add this a a visitable location in the game as well or even make compatible with some Chinese faction mods that are being made?

 

Would this be possible?
