SSE Suppress Serana's "Who's there?" for every enemy

Serana is the best follower. Too bad she has to announce every new enemy with "Who's there?". That gets old real fast. It also doesn't make sense. Do you really expect an answer?

 

First, I would like someone to suppress this line from Serana.

 

For extra credit, add in some "Knock Knock" jokes so that Serana can say "Who's there?" at a more appropriate time.
