aussiephoenix Posted April 3, 2009 Share Posted April 3, 2009 Hey peeps! I'm not even sure what Im doing here yet,but, I "think" I want to try my hand at modding. I've always loved games, I grew up with the ZX Spectrum, and watched in pure awe the evolution the gaming world took, and Im sure the future will keep my jaw dropping that the ever changing features of new gaming engines. Allied to that, Im also a fan of Fantasy books, Forgotten Realms in particular... So, I was delighted to see "dunmer" (Drow) when I entered the Oblivion world... I mean, if you've ever read the tales of Drizzt or the war of the spider queen saga, how can you remain indifferent to the Drow race? though, I guess Dunmer are somewhat different, being a surface dwelling and accepted race.Still, you might be getting the picture of what im doing here... I want to have a mod -> UNDERDARK. Please enlighten me if there are already mods like that, if not, I want to build one. Now, I know this is a huge undertaking, but if I find like minded individuals, we could make a wicked mod!we have maps of the cities from the books, our imagination to shape texture them... what do you say?
